What is CIMPLIFY?
CIMPLIFY is an AI-powered platform for every kind of contract that structures all contracts, operating cost and location data for commercial tenants with multiple sites into one automated, auditable system.

How does it work?
Cimplify is modular. Most customers begin with the AI-powered Core platform for contract and site management, then add modules like AI-driven Operating Costs Check or Facility Management – or run Check Standalone on its own, with no Core system required.

How many locations can I manage?
The number of contracts you have isn’t the deciding factor. What really matters is how many you can realistically keep track of on your own. We generally recommend using Cimplify if you manage 15 or more locations across your portfolio.

Is my data safe?
Yes. CIMPLIFY uses enterprise-grade encryption and is fully GDPR compliant. Your data is stored securely and remains yours at all times.
